Preferred Names Processor

Preferred Name Processor for Blackboard Groups

This tool creates a spreadsheet that combines student preferred names with Blackboard group information.

The spreadsheet is useful when running group activities or assessment.

PLEASE NOTE: Students can update their preferred name each day, so please ensure the class list information is current.

Requirements:

1. A Group Members List CSV exported from Blackboard (contains Student IDs)

2. A Class List CSV downloaded from SINet (contains Student IDs and Preferred Names)

DO NOT EDIT the CSV files before uploading them to this tool.
